Dunhill launch a new blended learning offering for their popular heritage tourism course with smart media

Dunhill Multi-Education Centre, in conjunction with Waterford Wexford ETB are offering free training in Tourism Trails with Smart Media.  The yearlong course provides training to meet the demands of the tourism and heritage businesses that support the Waterford/Wexford trails network.  This year the course, although delivered “live” in the training centre in Dunhill, County Waterford, will facilitate learners working from home with streamed training sessions should learners be required to stay at home due to Covid 19 restrictions.

Saturday Supervised Study Waterford

Dunhill Multi-Education Centre is delighted to offer Saturday Supervised Study in our County Waterford facility to all Junior and Leaving Certificate Students.


For just €5 per session, we offer a safe and comfortable environment conducive to learning, where students are assisted and encouraged to make the most effective use of their time.

WWETB and Dunhill Multi-Education Centre are delighted to invite all local employers who wish to upskill their employees to a briefing session on the Skills to Advance programme on Tuesday the 27th of August 2019 from 6.30pm to 8.00pm at Dunhill Multi-Education Centre, Dunhill Ecopark, Dunhill, Co. Regional Tour Guide Programme Commencing Waterford 24th February 2020

We are pleased to announce we are taking bookings for our new Regional Tour Guide Programme commencing on February 24th, 2020.  

 

This QQI Level 6 30 credit Special Purpose Award (6S20233) will entail a 7 week full time intensive course held in Dunhill Multi-Education Centre.

The Regional Tour Guide programme at Dunhill MEC will provide participants with the skills, knowledge and competencies to deliver and manage a wide-ranging tourist guiding service for international and domestic tourists travelling in Ireland.

Dunhill History Lectures with Julian Walton - Series XIV - 2020

The series will run for ten weeks, every Thursday from 9 January to 12 March. Lectures are held at Dunhill Multi-Education Centre (opposite the GAA grounds).

Starting at 8 p.m., each lecture lasts about an hour and is followed by a question & answer session and light refreshments.
