Talks take place on the third Wednesday of each month in the Town Hall Theatre. Admission: €5.
The Museum and Theatre are situated in St Augustine Street, Dungarvan, opposite the Friary Church. Opening hours: Mon.-Fri., 9-5.
The Waterford County Museum Society is a support society for the museum. The annual subscription is €15.
The museum’s extensive website is at www.waterfordmuseum.ie. It gives a large amount of information on the history of the county.
There is also an extensive website of Co. Waterford photographs at www.waterfordcountyimages.org.
The museum has recently launched a new blogsite: waterfordmuseum.blogspot.com <http://waterfordmuseum.blogspot.com/> To access this new site, type it into the top of the address bar- not in the google box. We hope that this site will get many visitors and comments. It will be updated twice a week, so keep an eye out for news of lectures, exhibitions etc.
The museum is currently hosting an exhibition on the Big Houses of County Waterford.
The Museum gratefully receives donations of historic artefacts relating to the area.

Lectures generally take place on the last Friday of each month at 8 p.m. in the Edmund Rice Heritage Centre, Mount Sion, Barrack Street, Waterford. Admission: members free, non-members €5.
Annual membership of the Society costs €25 and includes free admission to all lectures and a copy of the Society’s journal Decies.
