Our Mission Dunhill Equality & Diversity unit encourages, motivates and facilitates integration, social inclusion and positive change for ALL. Our ongoing aim is to develop innovative courses and seminars by sourcing empowering tutors in order to provide excellent information and tuition specifically tailored to learner’s requirements. About Us Established in 2007 Dunhill Equality & Diversity unit was founded with a strong emphasis on social inclusion for disadvantaged members of society. The Equality & Diversity centre is located in a tranquil rural setting which is friendly and supportive to all learner’s requirements. Learning ensures that participants realise their true potential which will ensure benefit for themselves, their community and potential employers. The unit currently provides a range of courses, one of which is a Fetac accredited Business Administration programme. This programme is a Fas funded year long programme and provides training for people with disabilities. The aim of the programme is to ensure progression to work for 9 participants who here to fore may not have had this excellent opportunity to train in an office style setting. Dunhill Equality & Diversity Unit provides a wide range of training programmes, workshops and seminars. Each offering is tailored to learner’s requirements and individual circumstances. Everyone is encouraged and motivated at the pace that is right for them and our tutors provide experiential learning and innovative approaches to programmes as opposed to a lecture based learning system. Our range of courses and seminars include the following:- Anger Management. Bullying in your organisation. Disability awareness training. Emotional Intelligence Profiling for success using EQ-i. Empowerment of the individual. Fetac Business Administration Programme Redundancy – motivating & empowering yourself following redundancy. Team Ties – “Together Everyone Achieves More” (Specifically aimed at community and voluntary sector volunteers and leaders).
